Victor Joseph Arnold, 93, of Louisville, entered Eternal Life on Monday, March 10, 2025.
Victor was born in Louisville to the late John and Anna Arnold. He was a veteran of the United States Army during the Korean War and retired from Naval Ordnance. Victor was a longtime member of St. Rita Catholic Church and enjoyed wood working and building things around his house and his children's houses.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Barbara Arnold; parents; and siblings, Anna Mathis, Thelma Mills, Virginia "Ginny" Arnold, John "Bud" Arnold, George Arnold, Louis Arnold, Ace Arnold, Charles Arnold, and Frank Arnold.
Carrying on Victor's legacy are his children, Joseph Arnold (Sonya), Theresa Cavanaugh, Brenda Tucker, Dennis Arnold, Donna Owen (Glen), and Jimmy Arnold (Janet); 8 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and sister, Loretta Walkama.
Visitation will be from 12-8 PM on Monday, March 17 at Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Road. Funeral Mass will be at 10 AM on Tuesday, March 18 at St. Rita Catholic Church, 8709 Preston Highway, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Mass of the Air.
