A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday April 26, 2025 at St. Henry's Catholic Church in Watertown, WI at 11 a.m. with Father Jorge Miramontes officiating. Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation at the church starting at 10 a.m. until the time of the service and at the funeral home Friday April 25, 2025 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Burial will take place immediately following the service at St. Bernard's Cemetery.
Victor Gonzalez Lara was born on November 29, 1965 to parents Victor and Guadalupe (Lara Linaldi) Gonzalez Carrera in San Juan Bautista Tuxtepec, Mexico.
Victor was very strong in his faith and found joy in attending church on a regular basis. Victor loved to cheer on the Dallas Cowboys and watch football games. Victor also enjoyed exercising, and spending time with his daughter Lysiane.
Victor is survived by his children, Allan Gonzalez Salomon, Tania Gonzalez Salomon, and Lysiane Gonzalez Castillo; 5 grandchildren; siblings, Maribel Gonzalez, Gilberto Gonzalez, and Guadalupe Gonzalez; former partner, Micaela Castillo; as well as many other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Victor was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Reyna Gonzalez Salomon.
