Virginia G. Timmons, a beacon of love and kindness, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025, in Berlin, Maryland. Born on July 1, 1927, in Maryland, Virginia's life was a testament to the power of nurturing and thoughtfulness. She was a devoted wife to a dedicated farmer and a beloved matriarch whose legacy is cherished by her family and all who knew her.

Virginia's warmth and gentle spirit were the cornerstones of her home. She is survived by her loving daughter, Cynthia Mitchell (Hurdle) Virginia's joy was multiplied through her granddaughter Cassie Mitchell (Jeron) The light of her life shone brightly upon her great-grandchildren, Jayden Lewis (Damian) and Lorelei Hardy as well as her great-great-grandchildren, Mathew, and Karson. Her sister, Dot Carey, will hold dear the memories they shared, she also leaves behind her close friend Doris Brittingham. Virginia was predeceased by her husband Charles P Timmons along with five brothers and two sisters, with whom she now reunites in eternal peace.

Throughout her life, Virginia was the epitome of a nurturing soul, always placing the needs of others before her own. Her hands, always busy, tended to her garden with the same love and care she gave to her family. The fruits of her labor, both in her garden and in her home, were abundant and shared generously.

Her life's work as a farmer's wife was far more than a role; it was a partnership that stood the test of time and hardship, a testament to her resilience and dedication. Virginia's involvement in community associations reflected her commitment to the land and her neighbors, always ready to lend a hand or a listening ear.

Virginia's legacy is one of love, thoughtfulness, and kindness. The seeds she planted in her garden and in the hearts of those she touched will continue to bloom for generations. Her life was a beautiful garden where everyone felt welcomed and cherished.

As we bid farewell to Virginia G. Timmons, we celebrate a life well-lived, a journey marked by compassion and grace. Her memory will forever be a guiding light to her family, a reminder of the beauty and strength of a loving heart.
