Mr. Walter Lee Fritts, age 75 of Jacksboro, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2024. He attended Heritage Baptist Church, was employed with Lindsay’s Carpet & Paint for nearly 50 years, and was a member of Jacksboro Masonic Lodge #322, F. & A.M. Walter enjoyed fishing, but his greatest joy was spending time with his beloved family, especially his Great-Granddaughter. Preceded in death by Wife, Betty (Lindsay) Fritts, Son, Jamie Lee Fritts, and Parents, Condy and Georgia Heatherly Fritts.
Survivors: Grandson, Logan Fritts and Wife, Taylor; Granddaughter, McKinley Fritts and Devan Love; Great-Granddaughter, Everleigh Love, and her baby brother on the way; Special Sister-in-Law, Darlene Irwin; and Friends and Co-workers at Lindsay’s Carpet & Paint. Several Nieces Nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 1, 2024 from 5:00 – 6:45 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Masonic Rites will be conducted at 6:45 P.M. by Jacksboro Masonic Lodge #322, F. & A.M. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Roger Hilliard and Bro. Paul Hilliard officiating. Family and friends will meet Saturday, March 2, 2024, 10:00 A.M. at Walters Funeral Home and proceed to Indian Creek Cemetery for 11:00 A.M. Graveside Services and Interment. Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette is honored to be serving the family of Mr. Walter Lee Fritts.
