Miss Clark was born in Rome, Georgia on August 9, 1950, daughter of the late Paul Scott Clark and the late Mary Joyce Turner Clark. She was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving from 1975-1977. Miss Clark was of the Baptist faith.
Graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 10am at Rome Memorial Park.
