Wayne Frank Melluzzo, age 77, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 12, 2025
Born in Phoenix, Arizona on September 2, 1947, Wayne was the beloved son of Wanita and Frank Melluzzo. A proud graduate of Brophy College Preparatory- Class of 1965. Wayne went on to serve honorably as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force.

Wayne married the love of his life, Mary, on June 22, 1973. Together they built a life centered on family and shared values. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

He is survived by his beloved wife Mary; children Lindsie, Lacey (Scott), Stacy (Perry), and sister-in-law Melissa (Bill); sisters Gloria (Logan) and Kay (Dennis), and grandchildren Jake, Jack, Maigan, Finley, Reese and Elsie. He is preceded in death by his grandson Drew and his parents Frank and Wanita.
Wayne's legacy of love, service, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.
Per Wayne's request, no services will be held. He will be laid to rest at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix, AZ.
