 Wesley Alan Gandee, age 74, passed from this life on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Born on May 22, 1950, in Weatherford, Texas, Wesley was the son of Donley Gandee and Bertie (Mitchell) Gandee.

 A lifelong learner and dedicated professional, he graduated from Peaster High School in 1968 before continuing his education at Weatherford College and the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned his degree in 1975.

 Wesley devoted 38 years of his career to General Electric, where he took great pride in his work and commitment to innovation—especially his favorite job of building wind turbines.

 Wesley's faith and community were at the heart of his life, and he found great joy in serving and uplifting those around him. He was a devoted member of Faith Community Baptist Church and actively involved in the Zion Hill Community Center. He will be remembered for his kindness and dedication.

 Wesley was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Donley Everett Gandee, II.

 His legacy of love and service will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Wesley is survived by his beloved wife, Cynthia Gandee of Weatherford, Texas; sons, Zachary Gandee, and Elizah Gandee and wife, Cindy; grandson, Mason Gandee; step-children, Crystal, Benjamin, Kerry, and Jessica; step-grandchildren, Lauren, Julie, and Kennedy Grace; brothers, Roger Gandee and wife, Jane, and Joe Gandee and wife, Karin; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Gandee; numerous nieces and nephews; and best friends, Douglas and Vickie Harris.

 A memorial service will begin at 11:30 a.m., on Friday, March 28, 2025, at the Zion Hill Community Center, 3315 Zion Hill Rd, Weatherford, Texas 76088.
