Wildon Thornton Obituary
Wildon Charles “Sonny” Thornton passed away Friday, March 8, 2024 in Meridian, MS at the age of 69. Sonny was born in Biloxi, MS on September 14, 1954 and spent most of his life on the Point.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Kathleen Thornton; siblings, Alice Bowden and Fred Thornton Sr.; and grandson, Adam Thornton Jr.
He leaves behind his only son, Adam Thornton Sr.; sister, Kathy Boudreaux and her husband, Jerry.
Sonny lived his life to the fullest. If you knew him, you know that’s the truth.
There will not be any formal services at this time, but the family will hold a celebration of his life at a later date.
