William Mack Bowlin, 71, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2025, after a long battle with Huntington’s disease.
He was born December 31, 1953, in Springdale, AR, the son of the late William Jefferson Bowlin and Nina Mae (Whittle) Bowlin.
William worked for Baldwin Piano Company as an Electronics Technician for over 30 years. He was an avid sports fan who loved watching his beloved St. Louis Cardinals, Arkansas Razorbacks, and Dallas Cowboys. He also enjoyed playing golf and bowling, listening to music, and traveling.
William is survived by his children: Lavonna Kruse and her husband, Bill, William J. Bowlin II and his wife, Kate, and Kevin Bowlin and his partner, Chrissee; and their mother, Donna Franklin; brothers Jerry Bowlin and his wife, Elaine, and Dennis Bowlin and his wife, Dorothy; a sister, Marcella Main; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
William was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Dale Bowlin.
Friends may visit with the family from 5-7 PM on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale.
Funeral Services will be held at the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale at 10 AM on Thursday, October 30, 2025, with Bro. Euel Bilderback officiating.
Burial will be in the Bluff Cemetery in Springdale, AR.
