William S. Agnesian, 71, of Tyngsboro, Ma formerly of Shrewsbury, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at home.

William was born in Worcester, September 19, 1954, one of two sons of Harry Agnesian, Jr., and Rose (Davidian) Agnesian. He was raised in Shrewsbury; Bill graduated from Shrewsbury High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bentley University in Boston. William then began a career as an accountant, forming his own business he owned, operated, and served as President guiding his company, serving clients until retiring. He’s lived and worked in Tyngsboro for the past 40 years.

William is survived by a brother, Robert Agnesian and his wife Joann of Worcester, Extended family, and friends both here in Shrewsbury and Tyngsboro.

A quiet soul, William enjoyed Reading, Walking, Bicycling, and tending his garden. In his life Bill took great pride in helping his clients navigate the IRS, and State regulations.

Funeral services and burial with his parents in Mt View Cemetery were held privately. The MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
