He leaves behind his mother Suzanne Borchert, father Willam "Hank" Borchert, Jr. and 2 siblings, Jack and James Borchert along with his girlfriend Kati and several uncles, aunts and cousins. He was preceded in death by his devoted grandparents Captain William "Bill" and Lois Borchert, and Allen and Peggy Butts.
He resided in Bryson City, NC the last several years where he enjoyed all things outdoors. He was passionate about reading, the beach, recycling, and spent many volunteer hours cleaning up litter and streams in the nature he loved.
He would be pleased to have trees planted as memorials to him, not wanting to waste funds on temporary flowers. Or donations may be made to organizations that work to preserve and/or clean-up nature.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Bill Head Funeral Home located at 6101 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA 30084 from 3:00-5:00pm.
