William Allen Coffey

OBITUARY
William Allen Coffey of Green County, Kentucky, son of Nadine Bloyd Brawner of Louisville, Kentucky and the late William Raymond Coffey, was born August 13, 1953 in Green County and departed this life on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at his home. He was 68 years, 8 months, and 22 days of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was member of the Ladies Chapel Methodist Church. He was the owner of Coffey's Body Shop and did repair work for many years. He was also a member of the Greensburg Masonic Lodge #54 F&AM.
Besides his mother, he is survived by his wife of 46 years, Connie Sue Bowen Coffey of Green County having united in marriage on September 12, 1975.
Other survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Bro. Shawn and Cassie Coffey of Campbellsville; a son: Jason Coffey and his husband, Jonathan Cooper of London; four grandchildren: Brooklyn Leshea Coffey of Greensburg, Gracie Coffey, Jamie Coffey, and Adelia Simpson all of Campbellsville; two brothers and two sisters: Jimmy Landis of Glasgow, Bro. Gary Landis of Greensburg, Wanda Evans of Greensburg, and Sharon Kyle of Tennessee; a special mother-in-law: Nellie Bowen of Campbellsville; two care takers: Teresa Milby and Crystal Rayburn both of Green County.

The funeral services for William Allen Coffey will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Central Time, Monday, May 9, 2022 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Green County Memory Gardens. Bro. Shawn Coffey and Bro. Garnett Wayne Davis officiating.
Visitation is requested from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Central Time, Sunday at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7:00 A.M., Monday until time of the funeral service.
