William (Will) Robert Crocker, Jr of Carrollton, Texas, passed into the arms of his Savior on Saturday, March 30, 2024 after a sudden cerebral hemorrhage earlier in the week.
Born in Austin, Texas on August 12, 1970, he attended Hyde Park Baptist School and went on to attend Baylor University and received his BBA in Marketing and Management in 1993. After college he pursued a career in technology sales and most recently managed a team of sales professionals in strategic cloud services.
Will met Ardis Madison through their numerous mutual Baylor friends soon after graduating from Baylor, and they married in 1996. Will and Ardis had four children, and his life's joy was being a husband and father and being involved with his childrens' activities. He most recently enjoyed helping out with Trey's baseball team and running technology for Cathryn's varsity soccer games.
Will was passionate about three things in his life: God, family, and Baylor football. He thoroughly enjoyed attending Baylor home games, where he loved tailgating with his RV along the Brazos River. He was known as "Mr. Fix It" since his high school days, and was always willing to assist family and friends with any home improvement or high-tech projects. Will loved hunting with his dad and buddies, serving on the school board at Coram Deo Academy, and RV'ing around the country. His family currently attends The Village Church where he loved serving as a shuttle driver on Sundays.
Will is survived by his wife of 27 years Ardis, and four children – Caroline, Claire, Cathryn, and William Robert III (Trey). He is also survived by his parents, William R. (Bill) and Donna Crocker, his sister Cindy Asche, her husband Fritz, and nephews David, Luke and Zach who fondly called him "Unkie."
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, April 2nd at 2:00 PM at The Village Church in Flower Mound, TX, followed by a private interment service on Wednesday at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park near Burnet, Texas.
Always generous, Will donated his organs so that others may have life. His dedication and service left an indelible mark on all who knew him, and he will be greatly missed.
A Go-Fund-Me account has been set up for the children's education. https://www.gofundme.com/f/education-of-the-children-of-will-ardis-crocker

I worked with Will at NetApp for 3 years - a good man, a good relationship person and a good teacher. I learned much from him and he made time for me when i came out to Texas - but always had stories about his family - he was very proud of his children. He will be missed by his customers and colleagues and my deepest sympathy goes out to his family. Meredithe Mainquist
