William "Bill" Arthur Edwards, 71, passed away on October 14, 2025. He was born to the late Dain and Bette Edwards on March 27, 1954 in Barberton, Ohio.
Bill enjoyed collecting guns, knives, and flashlights. He spent a lot of his free time researching various topics on his computer. He liked to watch Western movies and British TV shows. Above all, he loved his family the most.
Bill is survived by his wife, Vickie Sue Edwards, children, Leah (Daniel) Claypoole, Andrew (Alison) Edwards, Erin (Mark) Ogle, 6 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, siblings, Michael (Linda) Edwards, Dave (Alecia) Edwards, Carole Shaffer, Rosada Edwards, and Rai Beth Howren.
The family will be receiving friends on Saturday, October 18, 2025 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home - The Ridge Sanctuary.
A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 3:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home - The Ridge Sanctuary with Chaplain Daniel Claypoole officiating. The family will be receiving friend from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm prior to the service. A graveside service is to follow at Fort Hill Cemetery.
