Bill was born to John and Diana (Dwyer) Geis in Chicago, Illinois on September 20, 1963. He was one of four children and they lived in various places, but Bill considered Wisconsin his home. He died at his residence in Anna, Texas on November 20, 2023.
Bill had an amazing capacity and passion for computers. He especially enjoyed the ever-changing technology and had a strong career as Senior Analyst for New Technology with Blockbuster. Later, his wife Jennie formed a computer service named "Mr. Screen Jeans", and Bill joined with her as an independent IT contractor.
Bill was a wonderful family man, looking out for everyone and urging them to cherish their time together. He was deeply content being with his family and loved spoiling his grandchildren. He was affectionately known to them as "Grizzly".
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, John and Diana Geis. He is survived by his wife Jennie; son David Davidson and wife Britnie; daughter Melissa Geis; daughter Sharyn Geis; daughter Amber Mallow and husband Danny; and daughter Jackie Geis. He is also survived by grandchildren Dylen, Hunter, Ryen, Kaedan, Kylah, Kali; Jamieson; along with Sophie and Emily. Siblings surviving him are his brother John Geis and Pierre with their daughter Francesca; sister Kerri Geis and Mark Hardyman; and brother Mark Geis.
