William P. Medeiros

William (Bill) Paul Medeiros Jr, 72, a resident of Atkinson, NH, died on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Lahey Hospital in Burlington, MA surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Karen (Tracy) with whom he shared fifty years of marriage.

He was born in Medford, MA on March 23, 1953 and was the son of the late William Sr. and Rita (Green) Medeiros. Bill was raised and educated in Arlington, MA and was a graduate of Arlington Catholic High School, Class of 1971. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration at Salem State University in 1975. Bill spent his professional career working in accounting and finance for commercial real estate and development. He was controller/CFO at Boston Wharf Company and later Ozzy Properties until he retired in 2014.

Bill enjoyed any activities that involved spending time with his family and friends whether traveling, camping, dining out, playing golf or just hanging out at home. Bill had wonderful memories of time spent vacationing in Aruba and relaxing at his summer cottage in Wells Maine. Playing with his fur baby Tex always brought a smile to his face.

Besides his wife, William is survived by his daughters Lynn Colantuoni and her husband Matthew of Manchester, NH, and Kristen Murphy and her husband Justin of Freemont, NH, his granddaughter Kaitlyn Murphy, his sisters Paula Wilson and her husband Kenneth and Pamela Driscoll and her husband Thomas. He also leaves behind several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 9am – 11am at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home. His funeral service will follow at 11:15am in the funeral home chapel. Interment in the Atkinson Cemetery, Atkinson, NH.
