William (Bill) Cyrus O'Loughlin, age 86, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2025.

Bill met Jean in high school in Merrill, WI. After graduating Bill moved to Milwaukee and later graduated from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Bill became a CPA and enjoyed his over 25 years with Medalist Industries. He looked forward to working in his gardens every year. He enjoyed his Harley Davidson motorcycles and went on many trips out west. Yesterday

Bill and Jean were our neighbors for many years when they lived 3 houses down the street from us. We were the new ones in the neighborhood, and they always made us feel welcome. Bill always had a smile on his face and was ready to help whenever we needed an extra set of hands in the backyard gardening. He will be missed.
