William E. Timperman (Bill), 83, of Indianapolis passed away on February 5, 2023. Bill was born on September 2, 1939, in New Albany, Indiana. He graduated from Providence High School in Clarksville, Indiana. He attended Bellermine University in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a loving husband of 60 years, a father, and a grandfather. He was in the oil marketing business for 60 years. He enjoyed boating, carpentry, and visiting with family and friends.
Bill was preceded in death by his mother, Avelina Timperman and his sister, Dorothy (Richard) Stemle and Pat Callahan.
He is survived by his wife, Kaye Timperman; daughter, Suzanne (Charles) Jackson of Norman, OK; son, James (Geraldine) Timperman of Indianapolis, IN; son, Andrew (Shannon) Timperman of Bloomington, IN; daughter, Tracie (Nicolas) Vasquez of Indianapolis, IN. He was also blessed with grandchildren: Nicholas Timperman, Katherine Timperman, Chloe (Andrew) Scott, and Charlie Jackson.
Bill was one of six siblings. He is survived by his sister, Helen Callahan, sister, Rita (Mike) Schreiweis, brother, Edward (Liz) Timperman, and Lawrence (Rebecca) Timperman.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Wilson St. Pierre, 5950 E Thompson Rd. from 4 pm – 7pm. A funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Nativity Catholic Church, 7225 Southeastern Ave, Indianapolis, IN at 11 am. The funeral will be live streamed at nativityindy.org. Interment will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery.
