William "Bill" David WIse, Jr., born September 20, 1945 passed from this lif eon August 14, 2025.

Bill grew up in Kings Mountain, NC; the son of William D. WIse, Sr & Margaret Wells Wise; the brother of Rita Wise, deceased.

Bill was a graduate of Kings Mountain High School & attended NC State University. He taught vocational trade courses prior to his employment at The Hawthorne Gallery & retired from a thirty-nine year career in art framing & restoration with Trotman's Framing & Gallery in Winston-Salem.

Bill was an accomplished wood carver & painter of waterfowl. He loved the outdoors & was an avid fisherman, shooting enthusiast & golfer, when able.

When inside at home, he enjoyed old movies & recreating his mothers recipies.

Bill took great pride in projecting a crusty exterior, trying to conceal a tender side & keen intellect.

He will be remembered as a generous & loyal friend & the ever concerning, "Bill WIse Blue."

Well dont go out tonight cause it's bound to take your life there's a bad moon on the rise. Oh how I miss you. I absolutely loved talking about music with you . You have no idea how cool I thought you were. Id tell ya youd say you tell everybody that. I would tell you at least once a week how you should have been an art teacher. You know im going to Trotmans right? Not seeing you everyday truly breaks my heart. Tears are rolling as I type. I know you are in a better place and I hope the music and the creativity never stops. I love you Bill wise the science guy. Im gonna miss you. Youre fried bologna loving friend and housekeeper. Smell the sea and feel the sky let your soul and spirit fly into the mystic.
