Mr. Prichard was born May 22, 1949, in Oconee, SC the son of the late Eugene Jackson Prichard and Willene H. Prichard. He was retired mechanic with McConnell Auto Sales. Since his retirement he loved tinkering with old cars and working around the house. He was a former member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Morrow, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Janice Thomas Prichard.
He is survived by his daughters Susan Yerby (Roy Jackson), Deborah Lynn and Ruth Ann Prichard, his sisters Linda and Patsy, grandchildren Tabatha Smith, Amanda (David) Lamb, Tracey (Matt) Gilpin, Robert Smith, Chris (Krystal Hardin, great-grandchildren Trysten, Trent, Jojo, Piper, Patrick, Callie (Brandon), Jackson, Hayleigh, Preston, Jace, great-great grandchildren Grant and Rutledge and many other extended family and friends.
Graveside services were held 11:00 am Saturday, October 4, 2025, with Minister David Lamb officiating at the Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery 1264 Oak Grove Road Pine Mountain, GA 31822.
Cox Funeral Home, Manchester is assisting the family with arrangements.
