Surviving are his wife Jessica Rose Fowler, followed by his mother, Lori and Damon Long, children, Kay Fowler and Bella Bear, brothers, Toddy Bear, Josh & Teddy, his father, Todd Fowler Sr. and David Curns, a whole lot of nieces and nephews and uncles and aunts, Zachary was preceded in death by grandfather James R. Rowe, Thomas Fowler, grandmothers, Marcia M. Rowe, Janice Fowler.
Visitation will be held at Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Road on Friday, December 1, from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm with funeral service held at 7:00 pm.
