Joan Thibodeaux, 80, of Huffman, died Saturday, November 7, 2015. She was born on July 13, 1935, in Nederland, to Naomi Corrine Hollis Thacker and Robert Quincy Thacker.
Joan is survived by her daughters, Brenda Alexander, of Athens; Tonya Holloway and her husband, Frank, of Huffman; Delinda Harris and her husband, Lee, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; grandchildren, Kenneth Biggs and his wife, Debbie, of Kingsland; Brent Biggs and his partner, Brian Dore, of Coronado, California; Ross Holloway and his wife, Lexi, of Houston; Kurt Biggs and his wife, Shana, of Auburn, Washington; Dale Holloway, of Huffman; Bobby Lynn Alexander, of Athens; Christin Williams and her husband, Daniel, of Coldspring; Marlinda Vann, of Hockley; Landon Saenz, of Atascocita; Austin Harris, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Mason Harris, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; great-grandchildren, Bella Dore Biggs, Layla Holloway, Paisley Biggs, Briley Dore Biggs, Brody Biggs, Curtis Alexander, River Alexander, Jasper Williams, and Josey Williams; sisters, June Trahan and Shelia Burt; and brothers, Dwight Thacker and Jimmy Thacker.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Curtis Mangham and Cecil Thibodeaux; grandchildren, Jessica and Brandon Alexander; four brothers; and a sister.
A funeral service for Mrs. Thibodeaux will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at Broussard's, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont, with interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.
