Todd Christopher Bland

Todd Christopher Bland, age 49, of Humble, Texas was called home on Friday, July 21, 2017. He was born on September 26, 1967 in San Antonio, Texas to John R Bland Jr and Frances (Jimenez) Bland. He graduated from Spring High School in 1986 and went on to attend the University of Texas at Austin. Todd worked at International Back of Commerce (IBC) for 20 years, rising to Vice President of Operations. He also volunteered his time at the Houston Food Bank, Fill the Boot, the MDA telethon, among many other activities in the community. Todd enjoyed spending time with family and friends, golf outings, attending local sporting events, collecting old coins and foreign currency, watching movies and taking silly pictures with the movie standees. He is survived by his two children, daughter, Tayler C Bland and son, Tyler L Bland. Parents John and Frances Bland, brother, Robert J Bland, two sisters, Stephanie J Bland and Tammy K (Bland) Rezzoffi, partner Regina (Snell) Gildon, Grandmother Esther (Garza) Jiménez, many nieces, nephews, great nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends who loved him dearly. Toddy, your laugh, your smile, your playful nature and your enthusiasm for life was infectious. We are thankful that we have many fun memories to bring us comfort and joy. We love you and you will always be in our hearts. Please watch over us and may you rest in peace.
