Freddy Paul Modisette was born on January 22, 1933 in Lufkin, Texas. He passed away with his loving family by his side on Saturday December 21, 2013 in Conroe, Texas. He is the son of George and Maggie Riley Modisette, who preceded him in death along with his brother, Ennis Modisette and his sister, Bette Riley. He was a Boilermaker Foreman for Shell Oil Company for 32 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Gwen Modisette of Conroe, Texas; by his four precious daughters; Paula Redmon and Rod Henson of Seabrook, Tracy Holder and Paul of Conroe, Risa Davis and Eddie of Conroe, and Laurie Baisdon and Kevin of Cedar Park; by his siblings; Billie Reynolds of Red Land, Juanita Williams of Waller, Geraldine Allen of Red Land, and Jerry Modisette of Beaumont. To his grandchildren, he was known as Boley, and they include: Ryan Davis, Matt Lee, Cody Redmon, Kristin Holder, Taylor Davis, Casey Redmon, Erica Diroma, and Spencer Holder; also by his four great grandchildren: Hailey Foster, Dain Davis, Gracie Davis, and Tucker Lee. If you desire to make a donation, the family wish that donations be made to the American Leukemia Foundation, or the charity of your choice. The family will receive friends at Cashner Funeral Home on Thursday December 26, 2013 from 6-8 pm. The Funeral Service will be in the Cashner Colonial Chapel on Friday December 27, 2013 at 12:30 pm with Bro. Gene Kendrick as officiating.

Peace be with you Fred and the family. I really loved playing golf with Fred as my partner. He was one of a kind. Prayer to all the family and the knowledge that he has no pain and is in a much better home with the Lord.
