Joseph "Kent" Lavergne, 53 of Pasadena, died November 9th, 2015 as a result of a fall. He was born in Lake Charles, La., the son of Archie and Carrie Lavergne. He attended Sam Rayburn High School and Graduated in 1980. Kent was employed at Kroger in Pasadena for 16 years and leaves behind many dear co-workers, friends and customers He is survived by his dedicated parents Archie and Carrie Lavergne of Pasadena his sisters Denise Burdick of Friendswood Tx., Cynthia Quesnel and brother-in-law Michael Quesnel of Austin, Tx along with his nieces and nephews, Vanessa, Alex, Bethany, Jaymes, Crystalyn, Ben, Natalie, Blake and Audrey. Kent was a blessing in our lives for his simplicity, faith and caring nature. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 27th, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Pius V Catholic Church, 824 Main St., Pasadena Tx 77506. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to support the Food Pantry Ministry at St. Pius V.
