Decima and Family: Pat and I were saddened to hear of Bob's death. We have so many memories formed over the years, both musical and fraternal. We suspect old Murph will be there with his drums to welcome that wonderful piano player home. Thanks for sharing him with us.

We regret very much to learn of the loss of Bob Button. We knew and admired him as the band leader that played at Senior Center events at the Western Civic Center in Greenwich. We also admired Mrs Decima Button for her gracious qualities and interests in music and as a chanteuse. Very sincerely, Charlotte and Arthur Thomas, Greenwich

Dear Decima, Marilyn and Phyllis And family
We are so sorry for your loss. Memories will carry you through to the sun on the other side as you remember the wonderful times.
What fun we had visiting you Desima and Bob having tea and sharing stories. France and England will never be the same after our holidays there. We have wonderful memories to cherish.
The millennium party and the Bob Button band and the dance with your Dad in his tux. We will miss him so much.

Decima, Phyllis, & Marilyn,
This old Pastor has lost a good friend. I have missed our visits since my move to Rhode Island, but you are part of my "life fabric".
If it were not for the fact that I have a large workshop to run this Saturday, I would have surely been in a pew in Old Greenwich come Saturday morning.
Decima, thanks for all the "tea & cookies"! You are quite a woman.
Respectfully yours with joy & gratitude for a life well lived.

An elegant man and wonderful neighbor, his 'renaissance man' influence will inspire many for years to come. Our deepest sympathies to his family at this difficult time.
