I worked with Francis for several years at Winn Dixie. He was and still in spirit a very nice man and he will be greatly missed. Won't be the same not seeing him at the local grocery store. R.I.P Francis. And sending deepest sympathy to his family.

I went to high school with Fran, where we played in the band together (trumpet). Fran and I remained friends throughout high school before moving on to different colleges. I'm glad to hear that Fran had such a nice and loving family! Though deeply sorry that he was taken at such an age.

Fran was one of the most selfless people we've known. He was always kind and gentle, always smiling. His daughters were so important to him. He put them above his own wants and needs. Actually he was like that with everyone, but his daughters were greatly loved by him. No matter what the conversation was about he always brought them up and when he did his face glowed. We will really miss him but look forward to reuniting with him again where there will be no more pain and suffering and no more death!

It was an honor being acquainted with this kind man. We have witnessed so many thoughtful, selfless deeds as he served in our fellowship. Most recently he stayed on the phone with the emergency dispatcher as we needed emergency services for our youngest child. Fran was always looking forward to plans with his daughters and opportunities to serve others. He is missed by many and been a blessing to know. May the comfort and hope found in Messiah be upon all who miss him.

We loved Fran. He was such a kind hearted man who was always wanting to help others. My husband and Fran spent many Saturdays by the pool at church talking about life and the Lord. He loved his girls. He talked about them frequently. Our family will miss him dearly. Our love and prayers go out to his family.
