Two years has passed and l miss you today as much as l did then. The pain of losing someone never dies, and with you it is no different. I´m grateful for the lessons you taught us as the eldest one, thankful for the life you exemplified before us. Prayerfully, it made us all better. Take your rest sis, we will all meet you in that great morning. We love you eternally

December 28, 2021 was the day this beautiful soul was called to rest. Although one can anticipate a demise, one can never prepare for the moment of transition. My world was rocked on the morning l received the call that Joy was gone. Suddenly, everything about who my oldest sister was, and what she had meant to the family, hit me. Later, as the week went on, l would come to appreciate the time that God had placed her on earth to fulfill his purpose. I was then grateful and deeply humbled because of the love he had shown my family in keeping her here. I miss her terribly, long to hear that sweet voice again. Memories, precious memories, l shall forever hold dear. Sleep in peace, my sister. I love you eternally.

My sister Joy, the firstborn of our family, was as beautiful as her name. She loved God, her family and friends. She never met a stranger and always had a smile. Joy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Forever in my heart ♥
Your loving sister,
Diane
