Janey and I spent many a summer day playing monopoly on her parents front porch. She was a great friend. Always up for adventure and a good laugh. I am sure she and St. Peter are sharing admissions stories together now. So sad to hear she is gone.

I am heartbroken over this news as I´m sure most of Greater Pittston and a good deal of Wyoming Valley is. Jane exemplified the smarts, determination and good nature of everyone in the Kolmansberger family. Condolences to all of you and especially Billy who will always be a Little League catcher to me. I regret I cannot be there to express these feelings in person.

So many wonderful memories of Jane from our days working together at King´s. Everyone in my office would refer students to Jane for financial aid info knowing they would be in good hands. She was witty, always smiling and made everyone around her feel comfortable. She was a wonderful woman and I will miss her laugh, sense of humor and friendship. My prayers go out to her entire family. RIP Janey

Janey and I have had many common experiences when we were younger. I hadn't seen Janey in 20 years, so to say I was shocked to read of her passing is an understatement. I have memories of her humor, devotion, hard work and determination. She was a force of nature - for example, we were all shocked to learn, on Awards Night, that she'd never missed a day of school at SJE in 12 years. That was Jane. RIP.

I could never begin to thank Jane for all the help she gave me while at King's. She was a God Send. We remained acquaintances through attending St. John's. I truly feel the world is a better place for having Jane to do God's work here on Earth.

A more beautiful and kinder woman will not be found over Jane Dessoye. I met her when my son went to Misercordia, graduated in 1995. She went above and beyond to help me with the tons of paperwork for financial aid. I´m so sorry to hear she´s gone. Sleep tight sweet lady.

There are not enough words to describe the joy this woman brought into this world!
I will be eternally grateful for having her in my life for as long as I did.
Eternal rest grant upon her O Lord and let the perpetual light shine upon her may she rest in peace. May her soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen
