Carol Jane Stone Waltersdorff

Dover - Carol Jane Stone Waltersdorff, age 73, of Dover Township, Dover, entered into Rest with the Lord at 5:45 PM Saturday, February 6, 2021 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Richard H. Stone and the late David Waltersdorff.

Born December 30, 1947 in Wellsville, a daughter of the late William Hess and the late Jane (Lackey) Hess Gross, she had retired as a seamstress from Heagy's Auto Upholstery of York. She was a member of Victory Free Will Baptist Church in Hanover, Good News Church in York, and White Rose Motorcycle Club. She enjoyed motorcycling, fishing, camping, the beach, bird watching, and spending time with her family.

A loving mother, grandmother, and wife, Mrs. Waltersdorff is survived by three sons, Richard Rocky Stone, and his wife Julie, of Dover, William M. Stone, of Dover, and Carl E. Stone, and his wife Cheryl, of Strinestown; a daughter, Roxanne Seitz, and her husband Brian, of Wellsville; a son-in-law, Pat, of Dover; seven grandchildren, Joe, Shanna, Jeffrey, Nikki, Erin, Whitney, and Zack; 13 great grandchildren; two brothers, Terry Hess and Jim Hess; and four sisters, Sharon, Trudy, Tammie, and Holly. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Sierra; and a brother, William Hess.

Funeral services are scheduled for 1:30 PM Thursday, February 11, 2021 at William E. Little Funeral Homes, Inc., 2150 Carlisle Road, Shiloh. Viewing will be 12:30-1:30 PM. Burial will be in Salem Union Cemetery, Dover.
