My sincerest condolences to the entire Owens family for the loss of Bob. He was definitely a unique and special man, and I'm sure he will be missed by many. I am glad that I had the honor of knowing him, and while not at the service in person, know that I am thinking of you and sending my support in spirit. - Charla Parker (sister of Colleen Owens)
