Joseph Peters Obituary
Joseph Earl Peters, 57, of Galesburg, Illinois, formerly of Quincy, Illinois, died at 7:22 p.m. Thursday, October 9, 2025 at Marigold Health Care and Rehab, Galesburg.
Joe was born December 29, 1967 in Quincy, the son of Orville Lee and Norma Jean (Leindecker) Peters. He graduated from Highland High School in 1986.
Joe is survived by one brother, Darren (Cheri) Hays of Quincy; and one sister, Sandy (Dennis) Behl of Clayton, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation will be accorded. Private family burial will be at Quincy Memorial Park Cemetery, Quincy. Arrangements have been entrusted to Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory, Galesburg. Online expressions of sympathy may be sent to the family at www.watsonthomas.com.
