Jeannette Elaine Pitts, age 62, of New Castle, Indiana, passed away on September 15, 2024. She was born on October 20, 1961 in Anderson, Indiana to Virginia (Vandyne) and the late Junior Nelson Conley.

Jeannette was a graduate of Knightstown High School and worked as a CNA and housekeeper at Heritage House. However, she always believed that her greatest accomplishment was her family. She loved her children and grandchildren, working hard to make sure everyone felt at home when visiting her house. She loved puzzles, cross stitching, latch hooks, and doing crafts with her grandchildren. She also had a fondness for music and loved the holidays, with Halloween being her favorite. She also loved animals and cheering for the Colts.

She is survived by her husband, Clinton Pitts; children, Jessica Renee Cupp, Dennis (Jessica) Lytle; mother, Virginia Luellen Conley; grandchildren, Tyler, Novalee, Paityn, Jaxton, Colton, Ander, Abel Jet, Ashli; siblings, Lynne (Larry) Janotti, Loretta (Arville) Francisco, Peggy (Larry) Bash, Roger (Teresa) Conley, Richard Conley; her adopted sister, Kristi Conley; and several nieces, nephews, and many “adopted” children and grandchildren.

In addition to her father, Jeannette was preceded in death by her sister, June Howard and brother, Greg Conley.
