Siosifa Logan Militoni, Beloved Son, Brother, and Father of Four.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Siosifa Logan Militoni, a remarkable young man who touched the lives of many. He will be remembered as a loving son, devoted brother, and loving father of four. Siosifa (Sifa) departed from this world on September 30, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of courage, athleticism and cherished memories.
Born on February 18, 1990, he led a life filled with dedication and passion. He attended American Fork High School. He was an excellent athlete and a loyal caveman from his very first fourth grade flag football game up through the ranks until his last Saturday of life coaching young cavemen players on the field. The American Fork Cavemen and fans were able to see him live his brightest and best days. Sifa
served as a Corrections Officer for six years at the Utah County Jail. He also worked in sales, a skill he was capable of using with great effect. Most of his time was spent watching, playing or coaching sports. Sifa spent long hours at the gym working out and assisting others as a personal trainer.
Sifa made a significant impact as a Football Coach. His unwavering enthusiasm and mentorship inspired countless young athletes to reach their full potential. Through his guidance, he imparted valuable lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship. He especially loved coaching his children and adopted brother, Tevita Militoni.
In addition to his four children, Sifa is survived by his Father Salesi Aki hakau Militoni and stepmother Lupe, his mother, Miranda Sheri (Davidson) Brough and stepfather Richard and his siblings, Salesi Taione, Siosiua Aki hakau, and half-sisters Emily and Laci Nichole and adopted brother Tevita. He was a beloved son and brother who brought immense joy and happiness to his family. Sifa's memory will forever be treasured, and his legacy will continue to live on through the love and bond he shared with his family.
Sifa's passing leaves an immeasurable void in the lives of his many families, including his surrogate parents, Darrell and Karen Fairbanks, surrogate siblings Jason, Andrew and Jessica Condos whom he loved dearly. Sifa's life as an adult started at a very young age and his love for his former wife, Toni Kae and former in-laws, the Ozuna family was undeniably a great blessing and source of support and love throughout his youth and young adult life. He will be deeply missed by his four children, who were his life, his pride, and joy. Their father's love and guidance will forever be cherished in their hearts.
At this time, we remember Sifa for the remarkable person he was. His memory will serve as a reminder to cherish every moment, to support one another unconditionally, and to seek help during life's most challenging moments.
A private memorial service will be held to honor and celebrate Sifa's life.
We extend our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Sifa. May you find solace in the memories you shared and the love that will forever surround you.
Rest in peace, beloved Sifa. You will be forever missed and never forgotten.
