David and I were room-mates in college. He had a very positive influence on my life. He rode with me to Nashville when I interviewed for med school. He opened my mind to think differently about art, politics and people. Quite an individual.

David was one of my best buddies in grade school, and lived right down the street. Even in grade school, you knew he had a zest for life and would undoubtedly make his mark in the world. Thank you for writing such a clear snapshot of his full, adventurous life - a humanitarian at his very best! Sherry U'Sellis

I first met David through his sister Susan when I was in college and he was in high school. Our mutual interest in politics, coupled with his
engaging personality, enabled us to connect. I
reconnected with David when he was in Cong.
Ron Mazzoli's office and I was active politically
in Jefferson Co. I admire his career and where
his interest in politics led him. He is a tribute to
his parents and the wonderful family he came
from. God bless and rest in peace...Jack Will

One of the most amazing people I ever had the pleasure of being friends with. Wish we had seen each otherand talked more over the years, but when we did it was very rewarding. Just remembering "Groove In" was historical. Special thoughts and prayers for your family. Sam

Though I didn't know David well, I was impressed by his zest for life, his handsomeness, humor and generosity. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
