William Whitcher Obituary
William "Bill" Eugene Whitcher from Surprise, Arizona, passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at the age of 70. He was born on June 26, 1943, in Santa Monica, California and was the eldest son of Francis and Ruth Whitcher. Bill attended St. Gregory's Grammar School, Brophy College Prep, Loyola University in Los Angeles and earned a Master's Degree in Marketing from USC. He married his wife Suzette on July 10th, 1965 and together they raised two children, Jeffrey and Nicole. Bill was a prominent salesman and leader in the field of precast/prestressed concrete. After joining Coreslab Structures in an executive role, Bill earned numerous awards from the PCI Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. Bill and his family spent most of their lives living between Northern California, Los Angeles, Florida and Phoenix before retiring to Surprise, Arizona in 2013. Bill is survived by his wife Suzette, brother Robert, son Jeffrey, daughter Nicole and grandchildren Dean, Amy, Logan, Nathan, and Genevieve. Funeral Mass will be at 4 p.m., Wednesday, March 19th, 2014 at Brophy Chapel 4701 North Cen
tral Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85012. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Barrows Neurological Foundation, 350 W Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012.

Jeff and Nicole - Please know we are all thinking about your entire family - Bill was a wonderful person, my memories go way back to our very first soccer days when he and my father were our coaches, such fun times! He will be missed.

I will always have wonderful memories of Bill from the years we did business together in Phoenix. He was a first class businessman, at a level very few people ever achieve.
