My deepest condolences to the entire Bartos Family. I have very fond memories of Dr. Joe as a child growing up in Bethlehem. He and my dad grew up together and I will always remember his kindness to our family when my dad died 38 years ago when I was a teenager. May the wonderful memories bring comfort to the family. He was truly a great man.

Dear Mrs. Bartos and Your Entire Family; Heaven has received one of the greatest Dr.' around. Dr. Bartos was my family's Dr. for many many years. He came to our home whenever needed. His manner of taking care of everyone was perfection. Always had that twinkle in his eyes, just the right words to make you feel better just by walking in the door at your home or in the office on Linden Street. God Bless You All.

Dr. Joe was one of the kindest, and most generous persons I knew. He helped take care of me when I had Polio in 1953. He always had a smile whenever I would see him, and loved to laugh. More than that, he loved his family first, and foremost. My condolences to Aunt Ethel, and the entire Bartos family.....

Dear Bartos Family,
I am very sorry for your loss. Though I didn't know Joe personally, I know his son Jack. Joe was clearly a man of great faith. He was blessed by the Lord with a large family and he raised his family in his faith and dedicated his life as a healer. My heart and prayers go out to all of you as you mourn the loss of a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, doctor, friend, and Christian. Joe touched the lives of so many and made this world a better place for so many. As you mourn, please keep the warm memories of Joe alive in your hearts and celebrate his life. Please also take comfort and rejoice in the knowledge that Joe is now in the kingdom of Heaven.
God Bless.

Well done, thou good and faithful servant. His bright smile, constant optimism and love for his family, friends, work and community will live on in the fond and respectful memories of all those who crossed his path. I did, starting as a four-year-old patient on the wrong end of his stethoscope, and will never forget his many kindnesses to my dear family and me over the years. Blessings and prayers to all. Helen
