A. Donald Goodrich, 86, of Medina, NY, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022 at the Medina Memorial Hospital.
Born on January 26, 1936 in Depew, NY, he was the son of the late Harry and Suzette (Glover) Goodrich.
Donald enlisted in the U.S.Army, having served overseas in Germany, as a Parts Clerk. After returning home from service, Donald was employed as a welder for Harrison Radiator for 30 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and restoring his 1966 Chevelle. Donald loved reading Louis L' Amour books and watching John Wayne movies.
Donald is survived his wife of 37 years, Judith Goodrich, children: Timothy (Shay) Goodrich of Bonney Lake, WA, Heather (Robert) Robinson of Kings Mountain, NC, Shawn (Kathie) Lembke of Middleport, NY, Shannon (Chad) Arlington of Lyndonville, NY, eleven grandchildren, four siblings, Sue Kopecek of North Carolina, Melba (Dave) Secrist of Gasport, NY, Norm (Annette) Goodrich of Waterport, NY, Buzz Goodrich of Florida and many nieces and nephews.
Beside his parents, Donald is predeceased by his siblings, Robert, Jay and Richard Goodrich and Gloria Goodrich Lucas.
There are no calling hours. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorials may be made in Donald's name to the Lee-Whedon Library, 620 West Ave. Medina, NY 14103.
