Graveside services for Mr. Aaron Utley Cook II, 73, of Gilmer, are scheduled for 1 p.m., Friday, October 18, 2024, at Donelton Cemetery, Lone Oak, under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home, Lone Oak.
Mr. Cook passed away October 11, 2024, in Irving. He was born March 27, 1951, in San Antonio, to Aaron Utley & Dorothy Edith Garner Cook. He spent his early years in Madera and Southern California, and then most of his life in Gilmer, where he owned/operated ABC Resellers. Aaron was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Cindy Sue Robinson Cook; brother, Jerry Chapman; two infant sisters, Judy & Janice Cook; and sisters, Brenda Cook, and Carol Birdwell.
Survivors include his two sons, James Piedrahite of Gilmer, and Christopher Lee Murray (Amanda Correll) of Addison; daughter, Jennifer Ravenell (Eric) of Forney; brother, Eric Cook (Patchakorn) of Madera, CA; sisters, Shanon Shaw (Robert) of Guthrie, OK, and Paula Bohnish of Madera, CA; brother-in-law, Ira Birdwell of Congress, AZ; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
