Grier; grandchildren, Jonathan and Jason Hicks, Melissa Wilhite, Bryant Meadows, Becky and Billy Ammons, Patrick, Candace, John, Shirelle, and Hunter Layfield, Derek Hogan, Kelly Watters, Emily Hogan, Timothy Hicks, Trenton Mount, Alex, Matthew, Austin and Mason Grier; twenty nine great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Charlie Hicks; granddaughters, Jessica Hicks, Joanna Layfield; grandson, Anthony Hogan; parents; and siblings, Hershal Woods, Edna Woods, Virgil Woods, Edith Woods, Emmett Woods, Gertrude Begley, Sada Eversole, Charlie Woods, Markim Woods, Sim Woods and Granville Woods.
