Adina Goodin, beloved daughter, sister, mother and friend to many, passed away on December 12th, 2024, at the age of 55 in Anderson, Indiana at Community Hospital Anderson.
Adina was born on October 7th, 1969 in Rupea, Romania to Lucian (deceased) and Emilia Magdun. She grew up in Romania until 1982 when she and her family immigrated to the United States when she was 12 years old. She attended North Central High School where she graduated in 1988. She went on to attend Ball State University and dedicated her career to customer service. She was married to Christopher Goodin from 2000-2023 and had two children whom she loved dearly.
Adina had many hobbies and passions. She maintained a garden of flowers and vegetables where she grew plenty of peonies and tomatoes. She enjoyed reading non-fiction books, cooking spicy dishes and learning new recipes, and watching comedy and action movies with her family. Adina was also a collector and loved building her collection of antique books and decor and her collection of precious stones. She enjoyed traveling to warm, sandy beaches and got to enjoy trips to both south Florida and Hawaii in the year prior to her passing, where she made sure to bring back souvenirs to her friends and family. But her most beloved way of spending her time was being with those she loved, her children, her dog Max, her cat Loki, and her close friends.
To those who knew and loved Adina, she was a deeply loving and caring individual. Many would describe her as quit-witted, funny, strong, intelligent, and having a beautiful soul. She was an amazing woman and will be greatly missed by so many, and we will forever cherish the light and warmth she brought wherever she went.
Adina is survived by her two children, Nicholas Goodin and Lauren Goodin.
