My family lived next door to Al and Arzie when we lived in Las Cruces. Al and Arzie were like parents to my husband and I and like grandparents to our children, Kim and Bryan. We loved them dearly and Al´s gentle , quiet nature was so appreciated. We have wonderful memories of them..... too many to even begin to describe!
They impacted our lives more than they will ever know and they will always have a special place in our hearts!

Uncle Albert, I did not know you had gone to be with those we love and miss. I am so sorry to have not been there to send you off with my deepest love and respect. Carl and I always looked forward to your visits. Time spent with you, Arzie, Papa, Edie, Aunt Carrie, Uncle Primo, Auntie Jane, Uncle Jimmy and ALL the cousins, are times that are etched in my heart forever. Carl and I loved you so much. I know Carl was especially fond of you, and you him. Your easy nature and gentle smile will be missed. God blessed you with a long and beautiful life. And you lived it as a good and faithful servant.
My condolences go out to Mary Rose, Joe and Betty, and also to Sarah Steven´s (I´m sorry, I don´t know Sarah´s married name). I know she and her mother Karen did so much for Uncle Albert and Aunt Arzie when they lived in Las Cruces. I also send my regrets to all the nieces and nephews. He was a great uncle.
Since Carls death and my move to Texas, I´ve lost touch. But please know I haven´t forgotten any of you.
Patti Manfredi and Family.
