Allie Louise Meade, age 68, of Centerburg, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2025, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on July 5, 1956, to the late Ace Halleck and Janet (Pariscoff) Emmert.
Allie married Earnest E. Meade, Sr. on November 2, 1984. Together they shared 40 wonderful years of marriage.
Allie was an extremely caring and kind person. She always put everyone before herself. Allie enjoyed crafting, watching game show network and playing Bingo at many different places. The enjoyment of playing Bingo was not so much the game or where she went, it was who she was blessed to spend time with, her mom, sister, family and friends. Allie always had one of her lapdogs sitting with her, loving to pet them and spoil her furry babies.
Allie especially loved all her family. She treasured the time she spent with her grandchildren who lovingly referred to her as "Mama." Allie was a special lady who will be truly missed, never forgotten and forever loved.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Earnest E. Meade, Sr.; daughter, Acettee "Ace" Davis; son, Earnest E. Meade, Jr.; grandchildren, Angelica and Mathias Meade & J.J., Mackenzie, Bryton, and Adam Davis; great-grandchildren, Knox and Willow; sister, Ruby (Arnie) Asbury; half-brother, Gordon Wellman; longtime childhood friend, Julia Kaufman - Southall; many other members from both sides of the Meade and Halleck families.
Allie was preceded in death by her parents, Ace Halleck and Janet Emmert; brother, Acie Halleck; sister, Nancy Halleck – Miller; half-brother, Fred Wellman.
A private family graveside service will take place at Bloomfield Cemetery.
