Alvin was a kindhearted man. He loved his family and cared deeply for those around him. He was the type of man that at any family function he would take the first opportunity to dance. Always lighting up any room he walked into. His smile was contagious, and he loved bringing joy to others. Especially his wife Mary who he cherished. Alvin considered Mary to be more than his wife but also his best friend. The couple would spend their time together as a team often golfing and bowling. Alvin lived his life for his wife and family. He was also a proud man and took pride in maintaining his family home. Especially his yard making sure it was always neat and mowed, but family was his number one. He was proudly known as “Bampa” by his youngest granddaughter.
