Andrew Joel Saez

Andrew Joel Saez, 26, of Windsor Locks, CT, tragically passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2024. He was born on June 24, 1997 in Hartford to his loving and amazing parents Abraham and Myrna Millet-Saez, yet his soul came from a place that transcends time. He grew up in Windsor Locks where he shined his bright light on everyone he met and made many friends. He played soccer, basketball, and baseball on the town leagues and spent some time playing travel AAU basketball. He enjoyed skateboarding and snowboarding. While he spent time at Metropolitan Learning Center in Bloomfield, CT, he ultimately graduated from Windsor Locks High School, class of 2015. The friends he made along the way describe him as a funny kid that was always cracking jokes and smilling. You could hear his laugh from a mile away. He was a kind, handsome, and sweet soul, yet he was unafraid and unapologetic to say the things we were all thinking. He was a big kid at heart and loved to play with his young kids and nephew every chance he could get. He went to Asnuntuck Community College and got his welding certificate and worked for years as a welder, which was his passion, as he loved working with metal. Andrew was creative and enjoyed building/welding just about whatever he could think up. His passing has left a huge hole in many hearts.
Besides his parents, Abraham and Myrna Millet-Saez, he leaves behind, his two children; Jasmine Saez and Mateo Saez, girlfriend; Haley Shepard, sisters; Abmari Saez, Kim Downes, Abby Saez and his brother, Joe Suchoski, nephews; Dominic Suchoski, Abraham and Edwin Downes, and numerous family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Pedro Pagan.
