It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Angelita Alma Olivas, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and cherished friend. Her death was unexpected and a large loss to the family.
Angelita was born a happy and bright baby on November 26, 1993. She passed away on October 1, 2025, having lived a short but loved 31 years. She had a fiery spirit that not even death can take from her.
Angelita was preceeded in death by her father Sotero Olivas, sister Edna Martinez, both sets of grandparents and many aunts and uncles. Her passing leaves an unfillable void, but her memory and the love she shared will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. Rest in Peace Angel, your beautiful spirit will always be with your family and though you are gone, you will never be forgotten.
Angelita is survived by her two beautiful kids MaryJane and Julian; her mother Judy Romero and her siblings: Amadita, Tino, Gene, and Moses as well as her nieces and nephews. On her father’s side is her stepmother Maria Martinez and siblings: Dominica, Desiree, Crystal, Manuel, Susanna, Daniella, and Daniel, as well as her nieces and nephews. Her loving and caring nature went past family, and into the lives of extended family and friends.
Rosary will be at Holy Cross Church Monday, October 13, 2025, at 10:30 and a Mass will follow at 11:00 am.
