Ann passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 4th in her hometown of Erie. She was a former resident of New Bern (Fairfield Harbour), NC.

Ann was married to Robert Wilson and was a mother to Jessica and Robert (Franki) Krugger, and step son Dr. David Wilson (Molly). She was a grandmother to Matteo, Charlotte, Maddie, David, Jr and Marie Elise.

Survivors include her three sisters, Sharon Krahe, Sue (Tom) Luteran, and Patti (Bob) Corritore; and one brother, Tom (Kathy) Krahe.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Julie Krahe, her brother, Daniel Krahe, and a granddaughter, Zoey Krugger.

Ann was a graduate of Blessed Sacrament grade school and Villa Maria Academy. She proudly maintained relationships with dear friends from those schools going back to first grade.

Ann was an accomplished business manager and human resources professional. She was an operations manager for dozens of Burger King restaurants throughout Western Pennsylvania. She also worked at Corry Publishing/VertMarkets and Gatehouse Publishing (Erie Times News) managing HR departments for those companies.

Ann was an excellent baker and a most gracious hostess for Thanksgiving family gatherings over many years. She enjoyed countless hours boating on Lake Erie with her husband Robert as well as family and friends from the Presque Isle Yacht Club. She was an avid concert goer and loved seventies music. There was never a road/boat trip that she wasn't up to taking.

Ann will be remembered as a person who truly cared about others. She was kind and compassionate. Her life was marked with strong and abiding friendships lasting decades. She was a wonderful example of good style and grace. She demonstrated her love of God by loving others without judgment. The world is now a little less sweet without her in it.

Her husband's special thanks go out to Ann's close friends Anne, Cheryl, Karen, and Kathy who helped him care for her on this difficult journey. We were grateful for the concern and counsel provided by the LECOM VNA/Hospice team.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her.
