Annie "DORIS" Williams was born in Deland, Florida to Lee Calvin Williams and Della Mae Johnson. She grew up in Pahokee, Florida and moved to Riviera Beach, Florida where she started working, at a youthful age, as a caregiver. That work ignited Doris's Compassion and concern for people because as an adult, that became her way of life. She loved going to church and was a classy, jazzy songbird. She really loved music! Doris and her family moved to Melbourne in 1992. She worked at Dictaphone and Glenbrook Assistant Living until she retired completely.
Doris was truly a strong woman. She was a breast cancer survivor. She, then, developed a mighty strength to cope over 8 years with Parkinson's disease and dementia. We, her family, and care takers, have some good memories to reflect on. Annie Doris kept us on our feet and with a good laugh all the time. The disease did not get the best of her because, in the midst, she still had a zest for life. The good fight ended on March 28, 2024, when she took her rest surrounded by her loved ones.
Left to honor and cherish her FOREVER:
