Audrey was born on April 23, 1927, to parents Jewel A and Laveta Flow, and was raised in the San Fernando Valley. She was an original "Valley Girl!" and went to High school at Hollywood High School. She married Raymond D. Creswell (Bud) and they had one daughter, Cherie Creswell, and moved to the Ojai valley in the mid 1950s. They built and completed their house on Alto Drive in Oak View and moved into it in 1957 where she enjoyed looking out over the Ojai hills with her cat Sadie when her garden was in full bloom. Audrey lived in that house until her death on August 6, 2024. Audrey loved to travel, with many trips to Mexico with Bud until his death, but her favorite place to visit in later years was Hawaii, which held a special place in her heart. One of her favorite trips was to the pacific northwest to visit Buchard Gardens with her niece Sharon. Audrey often drove herself to Santa Maria to visit her family, daughter Cherie, grandson Rick and granddaughter Tami, and Great Grandchildren Shianne and Colten, until she was 90 years old bringing freshly baked cookies and her famous egg casserole to family functions. She looked forward to and enjoyed her weekly phone conversations with her former neighbor and dear friend Patti Slaught. Audrey will be missed by family and many friends. Audrey requested to not have a service and requested in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Help of Ojai. Arrangements are under the direction of the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE VENTURA, CA.
