Audrey, fondly known as "Pokey" loved cooking, reading, couponing, watching soap operas, and keeping snacks in the house for people to enjoy. Her generosity touched the lives of many by providing meals, clothing and gifts.
Audrey graduated Campbell High School "Class of 1978" and was on the drill team for the band and the Photographer Club. She also attended Fisk University and Tennessee State University and was part of the Omega Pearls. She obtained gainful employment at U.S. Foods, Performance Food Group, McLane Foods and Wachovia Bank (which is now Wells Fargo).
She leaves behind to cherish her memory are three sisters: Diretress "Freda" Sinkfield-Potts (James), Sonjalyn (Sand) Arnold, Kenya Williams; two brothers: Morgan Griffin (Inita) and Derrick Griffin; two bonus siblings: Carl Williams and Carmarcia Allen; special friends: Iyana Mann and Patricia Williams; and an abundance of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
